Agile governance in action

Autonomy, role clarity, distributed decision-making… Agile governance is arousing as much interest as it is questions. More and more organizations are looking for models better adapted to complexity, team commitment and sustainable performance challenges. On June 9 in Geneva and June 25 in Lausanne, join us to explore the principles of agile governance through a real-life case study: Loycocracy, our shared governance model inspired by holacracy, which we experiment with on a daily basis.

Let’s be honest: talking about governance is one thing, bringing it to life is quite another. How can we move from intention to practice? What are the effects on cooperation, decision-making and individual responsibility? And, above all, how do you adapt these models to your realities on the ground?

An event for understanding, questioning and experimenting

This event will be resolutely interactive. After an introduction to agile governance models and the foundations of Loycocracy, we’ll open a fish bowl, a participative discussion method that encourages listening, exchange and confrontation of points of view in large groups.

Using concrete examples drawn from our experience at Loyco, but above all from your own challenges, we’ll take the time to answer questions, nurture collective reflection and share directly actionable keys. You’ll leave with..:
