Conflict management in the workplace: an opportunity to exchange ideas and ideas for action
Tensions are a natural part of organizational life: they emerge when perspectives diverge, pressure increases or reference points are no longer shared. If not properly identified or managed, they can weaken teams and impact the working climate. But when they are recognized and dealt with methodically, they can become real levers for cooperation and improvement.
To explore these issues, our two Loycomates, Cynthia Kapfer, Mediator, Care Manager and Social Worker, and Michel Paillard, Specialist in Corporate Health Management and Psychosocial Risks, will host a breakfast discussion specially designed for HR professionals and managers. Together, we’ll take a step back from the mechanisms at the root of tensions, share experiences in the field, and open up a confidential space for dialogue to reflect on the practices best suited to your contexts.
The objectives
