Discover a panorama of different awareness-raising workshops tailored to organizations, during an immersive half-day co-hosted with Wiser Impact! You’ll be able to try them out for yourself, and tackle a number of sustainability-related themes: carbon footprint, responsible digital and much more. See you in Geneva on June 11!
Ateliers en action is a first-of-its-kind event in Geneva, designed to give organizations easier access to workshops designed to raise awareness of sustainability issues. These workshops, aimed at employees, have already proved their worth in a professional context.
The idea is to create a space for experimentation at the heart of the working world: a setting particularly conducive to collective action. Spread over several locations in Geneva, exploration of the various workshops will enable you to:
- discover and try out different workshops;
- to understand its specific features;
- leave with concrete keys to deploying them within your organization, with your teams, partners or ecosystems.
The aim is twofold: to support the sustainability initiatives of Geneva-based organizations, and to foster a dynamic of territorial commitment, by inspiring and equipping those who wish to take action.

Our workshops
A short, dynamic format to move from observation to action. Participants compare carbon footprint reduction levers and build a concrete collective action, ideal for a Lunch & Learn or team building express.

A 3-hour collective immersion to understand one’s carbon footprint, test individual and collective actions, and co-construct a transition scenario towards 2050 compatible with the target of 2 tons of CO₂ per person.

A workshop to understand what really slows down or triggers change. By exploring brain mechanisms (bias, emotions, behaviors), teams learn to cooperate better and act more effectively in the face of transitions.

A collaborative workshop to discover the environmental impact of digital technology and identify the levers for more sober and responsible use. It aligns teams around concrete orders of magnitude and supports a sustainable transformation of practices.

An immersive serious game where participants take on the role of a company and make strategic decisions up to the year 2040. The workshop highlights the trade-offs between economic performance and social and environmental responsibility.
