Our Swiss Triple Impact commitments are evolving!
In 2022, we joined the Swiss Triple Impact directory: a register of Swiss companies that have made credible commitments to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Three years later, and with our objectives achieved, it’s time to go one step further with new, freshly validated ambitions, which we’re delighted to unveil here!
We strongly believe in continuously improving our environmental, social and economic impact. After taking the time to measure and analyze our progress, we have identified new levers for action and defined new ambitions in line with our vision of an agile, sustainable and digital company.
These new commitments have just been validated, and we’re happy to share them with you!
Objective no. 1
By 2030, we will integrate social and environmental performance indicators into 40% of our administrative services, reinforcing the sustainability of the solutions we offer our customers*.
*Eco-score based on ESG assessments for all insurance comparisons with our partners, supported by a sustainability and governance coaching program designed to help customers achieve their own sustainability goals.
Objective no. 2
By 2030, we will reduce our tCO2eq emissions by 50% (Scope 1, 2 & 3), following a trajectory in line with the ambitions of the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative and validated by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE).
Objective no. 3
By 2028, we will achieve equitable gender representation in 100% of key roles and ensure an inclusive, safe and discrimination-free working environment*.
*Parity of more or less 5% for directors and shareholders, and more or less 10% for support functions.
Objective no. 4
By 2028, all our employees will be developing their professional and personal skills to the full, thanks to a minimum of 16 hours’ training a year to help them integrate the potential of AI into their jobs and adapt to changes in Services and the market.
Objective no. 5
By 2028, we will guarantee a healthy and safe working environment by raising awareness of psychosocial risks among 80% of Loycomates every year, deploying prevention mechanisms and obtaining the Friendly Workspace label.
