Conference – Workplace health: anticipate rather than endure
On October 9 from 13:45 at the Foire du Valais, we offer a fresh perspective on workplace health prevention. In partnership with the Swiss Federation of Enterprises, this conference will explore a key question: how can we build organisations that last without exhausting the people who keep them running? Registration is open—join us!
Each year, the Foire welcomes more than 250,000 visitors. How does an event of this scale endure over the decades without losing momentum? And what can this longevity teach us about building high-performing organisations for the long term, while sustainably protecting the health and energy of their teams?
Anticipating rather than repairing, supporting change without burning out, preventing risks before they become crises: these are all levers that contribute to employees’ health, as well as to the long-term sustainability of organisations.
Because a sustainable organisation depends above all on the people who keep it alive!
