What we do in concrete terms
We manage all flows associated with payroll and ensure a timely transmission of appropriate and correct information to all stakeholders.
We integrate monthly variables.
We calculate salaries.
We provide electronic payslips.
We prepare payment files.
We generate accounting documents that interface with your accounting system.
We prepare the monthly whitholding tax statements.
We manage employee data.
We offer a formalised and automated internal control environment (Company solution only).
We issue monthly and annual legal reports:
– Salary certificates
– Social security and insurance returns (AHV/IV, LAA, LAAC and PGM)
– Withholding tax statements.
We work with the SUVA and AHV/IV audits.
Loyco’s approach to quality
In order to provide expert quality service, we conform to the ISAE 3402 norms,
the reference regarding risks and service outsourcing.
This standard is only applicable to our Company solution-based services.
ISAE3402 – Type 1
Be sure to have adequate internal controls (this is good).
We have successfully audited the actions put in place for this first important step.
ISAE3402 – Type 2
Be sure of the effectiveness of internal control
(It’s much better!).
Based on a 6-month evaluation period, we have demonstrated to our auditors the effectiveness of the internal controls in place for the management of our clients outsourced processes (for payroll processes).
