We strive to make administrative business lines a commodity for all organisations.
We’ve established our own organisational model.
Inspired by Holacracy.
Based on the principle of collective intelligence, loycocracy is strongly inspired by holacracy and other innovative organisational models such as sociocracy.
The model aims to allow each employee to engage more with the operation of the business and with decision-making. It tends to favour the contribution of each employee and to do away with vertical hierarchy.
Organised in teams
The Loycomates are organised in teams (operational teams and support teams) in which they assume one or more roles. Loycocracy thus replaces the traditional hierarchical authority with role authority, in which the person performing the role can decide without having to refer to a superior.
“Performance driven. Human focused.”
Loyco is firmly centred on the human aspect and our values unite us around a benevolent vision of performance.
Loyco puts the pleasure of all its stakeholders at the centre of its concerns.
Adapting as required
Loyco is constantly adapting to its stakeholders’ needs and commits alongside them to the collaborative development of optimal solutions.
Positioning itself as a responsible partner
Loyco promotes its actors’ ability, know-how and shared values as intrinsic vectors of motivation for the attainment of common goals.
Loyco inspires its stakeholders by constantly investigating and communicating developments in its various areas of activity.
