Inspired by Holacracy.
Based on the principle of collective intelligence, loycocracy is strongly inspired by holacracy and other innovative organisational models such as sociocracy.

A empowering model.
The model aims to allow each employee become more involved with the operation of the business and with decision-making. It tends to favour the contribution of each employee and to eliminate any vertical hierarchy.

Organised in teams.
The Loycomates are organised in teams (operational teams and support teams) in which they assume one or more roles. Loycocracy thus replaces the traditional hierarchical authority with role authority, in which the person performing the role can decide without referring to a superior.

The company joined the B Corp community in 2015.


Loyco successfully obtained B Corp certification at the end of the first mid-2015, thus joins the B Corp community , now global, with over 3,500 companies sharing the same values.

Following the evaluation process, a score of over 80 out of 200 was awarded. Loyco aims to continuously improve this score.


B Corp is a standard born in the United States which aims to certify organizations with a positive social, environmental and economic impact.

The standard arrived in Switzerland in 2014 and is expected to grow strongly.
