Based on the principle of collective intelligence, loycocracy is strongly inspired by holacracy and other innovative organisational models such as sociocracy.

A model based on responsibilisation.
The model aims to allow each employee to engage more with the operation of the business and with decision-making. It tends to favour the contribution of each employee and to do away with vertical hierarchy.

Organised in teams
The Loycomates are organised in teams (operational teams and support teams) in which they assume one or more roles. Loycocracy thus replaces the traditional hierarchical authority with role authority, in which the person performing the role can decide without having to refer to a superior.

The business joined the B Corp community in 2015.

BCORP CERTIFICATION

Loyco obtained B Corp certification at the end of the first half of 2015, thus joining the B Corp community which is now worldwide, with more than 3,500 businesses sharing the same values.

At the end of the evaluation process a score in excess of the minimum of 80 out of 200 was attributed. Loyco aims to improve this score continually. Loyco aims to improve this score continually.

BCORP LABEL

B Corp is a certification which started in the United States and has as its objective to certify organisations that have a positive social, environmental and economic impact.

The certification arrived in Switzerland in 2014 and is looking to grow strongly.
